I'd never even noticed that sign before. The funny thing is that the "positive mental attitude walk" consists of depressing signs about cancer diagnosis and treatment, accompanied by some fittingly bleak statuary.

Why did you put "shoes" in quotes? And why is it "weird" that they've appeared in two pictures? :-)
