Boffins create zombie dogs

"US scientists have succeeded in reviving the dogs after three hours of clinical death, paving the way for trials on humans within years."

Bad news for the dogs who suffered in these tests; decidedly good news for reversible cryostasis.

    I've no idea what a "boffin" is. It's sort of like when Seth Shostak was willing to bet a "flat white" or whatever that we'd get alien signals by 2020. Sounds sorta British to me.
