That movie is an intense ride. The study of a small group that gains pleasure from car crashes. What a strange fetish indeed. After a serious accident I was involved in many years ago, I too noticed that it seemed like there were more cars on the road immediatly afterward, much like Ballard did in a dialog before (or during... I can't remember... it's been years) driving again w/ Remington. How often the things that hurt us, later in life actually thrill us.
