I'm not so sure about the so-called "bas-relief" in this photo, but I've looked pretty closely at most of the more inexplicable anomalies on Mars. Many of them seem to resemble artifacts which are specifically ancient Egyptian -- as opposed to artifacts from ancient Greece, India, Europe or China. Why?
