Mistaken Identities





UFO investigators don't need to pursue witness accounts that can be attributed to these prototypes. But determining if a prototype is what someone saw is made difficult by virtue of the military's secretive nature about their tests of these planes, even though the tests are not, generally, secret in the usual classified sense.
