Pris -- and all of the "replicants" in the movie -- are genetically engineered. That doesn't make her any less a "robot," at least for purposes of the film. She's man-made -- thus, a "machine."

ReplyDeleteI'm a big Daryl Hannah fan but I thought she was anything but "sexy" in "Blade Runner." Too much eye shadow! (Scary, yes. Sexy no....)
