So-called professional and sloppy amateur skeptics are right up there with phony newage (rhymes with sewage) predators, spammers, 419ers and boiler-room telemarketers in my Hall of Shame.
The use of the word "proves" in the article also represents a logical fallacy since, obviously, the photo "proved" nothing, and would not have proved anything even if it were NOT a fake. In fact, if people on both sides of the anomalistic fence would stop using the word "proves" in this sense, period, their arguments would MAKE a lot more sense.
