Thanks for this one Mac - in a cut-up way the picture of Burroughs led me to Rudy Rucker's blog (a man I'd read quotes from but not actually read.)

Yes, on a recent post I tried a cut-up using only links - not very sucessfully (only three words) but I like the rabbithole effect it gives.
