I had to take several long looks at that portrait before I realised what spooked me. I knew it wasn't just the eyes. Then I saw how eerily feline it is, while managing to retain its human aspects. The structure and coloration of the nose lend credence to the impact of cat-but-not-cat, which borders on the subliminal. Great stuff.
