Robert Anton Wilson--philosopher, author, visionary, Discordian, Fortean, and bOING bOING patron saint--died early this morning.
Ken and I went to see him speak here in Vancouver about 10 years ago. I didn't know quite what to make of him, but it was still an electrifying experience.
I've read "Cosmic Trigger." I like the way the guy thought; we really need more like him.
