Too bad you have to pay $15 online to the AAAS/Science magazine to actually read a copy of the article itself. I'm somewhat concerned this article may imply a call for a form of "new world order" wherein the haves become the enforcers on the resource-rich have-not nations. The question of sovereignty arises, but that may become moot in the face of the long emergency. The future ever darkens...
