The idea couldn't be simpler. Choose an interesting landscape, compose an image of it, then take a photograph every day for an entire year, capturing the weather, the changing seasons, the ephemeral comings and goings of people, animals, and vehicles, and whatever secular changes might occur as the Earth traced its orbit around the Sun.
