Jeshuah Fuller is just over 7 pounds (3.2kg), but in the eyes of his proud parents, he's as mighty as Goliath. Like the biblical giant, Jeshuah was born with six fingers on each hand and six toes on both feet.

Well, OK.
Polydactyly, or more specifically in this case, hexadactyly, which is quite rare (to have 6 digits on both hands and feet--much more "common" to have an extra finger or toe).
Any specific reason for posting this, other than its "weirdness" factor?
I have a grandchild with a sixth finger, and several cousins with webbed toes..they are doing fine without the surgical intervention
usually foisted on infants. I wish the article had elaborated a bit more, but many such in journals don't.What is the incident rate in these and other birth "defects" . I wonder if we sometimes interfere with the direction nature is taking or telling us its taking by these signs

I recently read about a kid in India who's doing just fine with six fingers. Better than fine, in fact: he's fast typist!
