Mary Buckner has posted my review of her novel "Neurolink" (albeit heavily excerpted) on her official site. (You can read the uncensored version here.) For some reason, I'm listed in the same column as Robert J. Sawyer, a writer I really respect. Besides writing good books, he maintains one of the world's largest one-man literary resources. And he blogs, too.

I didn't know such excerpts qualified as reviews. I always saw them as "good things others have written about this book/writer". :)

It's actually a "blurb," which are sometimes written to be blurbs and sometimes culled from full-length reviews.

...and some of them can be whorishly congratulatory. However, if Kirkus Reviews or Locus has something good to say about a science fiction novel, chances are it's not too bad.
