Brighter sun adds to fears of climate change





"The enhanced warming we have seen since the 1990s along with phenomena such as the widespread melting of glaciers could well be due to this increased intensity of sunlight compounding the effect of greenhouse gases," said Professor Martin Wild of the Institute of Atmospheric and Climate Science in Zurich, Switzerland.

Hey Mac,

A while back one of my local stations had a piece on climate change here in Minnesota.

Scientists talked about the invasion of non-native plant, tree, and animal species showing up in the state. One statement that struck me was that our summer humidity levels were now equal to Bombay's! Here's a link:
