OK, this is starting to creep me out . . .

200 more dead birds found

Another 200 dead birds have been found in WA, taking the total number to die in mysterious circumstances in the state to 4000.

Investigations into the mysterious death of thousands of birds in have been widened, with toxins now considered a possible cause.

Autopsies have ruled out viral and bacteriological causes.

The thing that makes it so creepy is that its happening all over the place. There are reports of this happening in clusters around the globe. What'll really blow my mind is when we start seeing large mammals tipping over in groups as well. Maybe Titor was right...

I'm creeped out, but not in the least surprised. This is exactly the sort of thing we should expect from a planet on the brink of dieback.
