Dispatch Reports Bishop Spoke Of Little People Wearing Masks

An incident report from the McKinley Metropolitan Dispatch Authority reported that Pelotte told operators ". . . gentle little people, about 3 to 4 feet tall, and wearing Halloween masks" were in the hall. The dispatch log reported that Pelotte said he hid in a closet while the people were in his home.

Is it just me or does this read like something written by Whitley Strieber?

(Big thanks to Elan for the lead.)

Very strange. It does sound Strieber-esque.

Perhaps both?

Reading the article, this Bishop had apparently reported being attacked by intruders earlier, then admitted he had fallen. He had been in and out of "of hospitals and recovery centers in New Mexico, Phoenix, Houston and Florida." It seems he may have some kind of hallucination-inducing brain injury and/or some other brain defect, likely due to his injuries.

He probably ought to be given leave from the church until he recovers.

This is a rather strange story. The Bishop reported he had a fall some time back, but appeared so badly injured in so many places, a fellow diocesean call the police (the guy who found the bishop, in fact) to the hospital, thinking the bishop had been assaulted (and he may have been, regardless of his denials).

Then there are the bizarre, contradictory details, where the bishop reported the little visitors with masks--but the police responded very quickly and found nothing. 20 or 30 minutes later, the bishop called them _again_, saying there were intruders, and again the police found nothing.

Then, the bishop received a death threat form a former seminary student who was discharged from the military, and who apparently had mental problems for a very long time, and who also was charged with attempted murder of a convalescent nun, who was being cared for by his friend, another priest, and the three lived together. Oddly, the attempted poisoning of the elderly nun charges were reduced to a much lesser offense, resulting in probation. Google Bishop Donald Pelotte and Derek Kolb.

The bishop also has a twin brother who is also a catholic priest. Pelotte is the first Bishop ordained who is also a native american indian, and served a diocese where there are fewer than one catholic per square mile average of this diocese in Gallup, New Mexico.

I could note even more weirdness to this story, but ain't that enough? Go search some keywords for yourself, if interested, and you'll see what I mean. Police negligence, cover-up, possible pedophelia, child porn, jealous gay lovers, etc.

Fucking weird! But no aliens or greys--just lies to cover-up an assault and/or delusions and/or hallucinations due to brain injuries of the bishop. WTF?!
