You have a good eye for composition. I just wish you would use a camera with a bit more resolution. Sharpness and good contrast aren't everything, but at the same time I think your shots would really have more of an edge with a better camera. Nothing fancy, just a point-and-shoot one with 3 or 4 megapixs that can handle close-focusing better. Mine is only 3.2 megapix and it does a good job, allowing me to enlarge and crop images on my computer without too much loss of resolution, even when I resize and compress the images into files for the web.

I'll be buying a better camera as finances permit. Glad you like the shots! In the meantime I'll carry on with my cameraphone.
