Car computer to stop you speeding
"An on-board computer linked to a satellite positioning system will use the digital map to identify the local speed limit. If drivers attempt to exceed the limit, they hear a series of bleeps and the accelerator pedal starts vibrating."
Oh, that's a good idea. Vibrating accelerator pedals. That will freak people out. They'll think something's wrong with their car, whether they knew about the Orwellian satellite system or not.
Here's an idea: Why not mate the traffic satellites with W.'s missile defense system? Blow those bastards right off the road!
