Eh! Kinda cool, but get and modify one of those under-car UFO brand neon setups, buy a bunch of multi-color leds, add a computer control panel, and program the leds to run patterns close to the frequency rate of certain brain-waves, and you might _really_ be able to visually "knock people out!" 8^}

Pink Tentacle's a hell of a blog. I find fascinating stuff there virtually every time I check.
Having lived in Japan 20 miles outside of Tokyo in the early 60's, I can tell you this bike-mod stuff is very postmodern Japanese style in an exquisitely retro way.
