IT'S COMING...
Probably just not that soon....
Very funny piece. When the machine or the Bio-machine looks and acts like Rachael (Blade Runner), then the question about humans accepting the sexbot is no longer even a question. I'll take two!
Michael
Meh! I can imagine a cyborgian sexbot being potentially, morphologically at least, sexier than a female human could be on an external physiological basis, but by the time anything really sexy comes down the future pike, I'll be too old to "interact" with it anyway! I'll take reality, thank you.
Hey, and these sexbots won't be cheap--in Japan they're even now renting time with proto-sexbots in some "love hotels"--can you imagine the horror of being a "cleaning woman" of such perverse techno-manifestations after a "guest" has satisfactorily "checked out"? Yuck!
I'd rather take the time and effort to have a relationship with a real woman any day. Unless the sexbot looked like a nubile Sean Young in Blade Runner! Yowza!
Ahem...time for my Voight-Kampf test...heh... 8^}
