The Mystery Science Theater version of this is awesome!
You should try to watch it sometime. Its atmosphere is almost film noir, and with the swamp setting, it's the "Key Largo" of giant creature movies.
Exactly, that is what a large part of my job consits on. The crawiling screaming horror. Spiders are stopped by the giant leaches and all hell breaks loose
