isn't that a Swastika????
Nazi tile setters??
The swastika wasn't original to the Nazis. It used to be a relatively common decorative element, sometimes denoting good luck. The Girl Scouts used to use it! Also, I'm not sure if the swastikas in the picture are oriented like Nazi swastikas.
Still -- sort of creepy.
k - girl scouts with "almost swastikas" still even more creepy, you realize I live where they (the girl scouts) originated...? So I see about 40 huge troops of these little gals a day... ugh, shoot me.
....so seriously - the tilework is nice, I like it. It looks like something I would either have in my bathroom or in an outdoor "garden&water" area.
You'd like the Plaza -- lots of Spanish-style architecture. We're actually Seville's sister-city.
I am sure I would.
