I don't know why he left this off his autobiographical write-up, but when asked who created God, Kal just gave a knowing wink and said, "You're welcome." 8^}
The "Colonel" takes self-aggrandizing to a whole new level. Granted, the guy's not all there, but his "bio" is a total scream.
