"The United States should be less concerned that terrorists will become biologists and far more concerned that biologists will become terrorists," the report states.
The commission believes biological weapons are more likely to be obtained and used before nuclear or radioactive weapons because nuclear facilities are more carefully guarded. Civilian laboratories with potentially dangerous pathogens abound, however, and could easily be compromised.

From today's Washington Post (12/2/08):
"Pentagon to Detail Troops to Bolster Domestic Security"

Right, because I know a lot of biologists who are thinking of killing large portions of the population. We should start by psychologically profiling all science majors in the major universities, incarcerate their professors, and interrogate all R&D people working for the major corporations. Someone call Dick Cheney, I'll get Donald Rumsfeld, and we'll have Karl Rove take care of the press.
It would be 9/11 times 100.
9/11 times a hundred? Jesus, that's...
Yes, 91,100.
So now we are scared into thinking about terror and terrorists until 2013 and that at any time in the next 5 years we will be attacked by biological weapons. See through this folks and lets fix the problems and not just give more money to the military budgets (about $430,000,000,000.00). People now will say: HOW can you decrease military spending when we need to stop the "terrorists" since obviously there will be a biological attack by 2013. A funny coincidence is President Elect Barrack Obama begins working on his 2011 fiscal budget in early 2009. So don't live a fun and carefree life with your loved ones, instead worry about the threat around every corner. Don't let your kids outside to play for fear of what is outside, biological weapons any time any where.
I'm skeptical too. Sure, terrorism is a real threat. But it's not the only threat. To my mind, at least, it's not even the biggest.
