Indians reach for the Sanskrit to give their own astronaut a name

Russia has its cosmonauts, America its astronauts and China, since 2003, its "taikonauts". Could "gaganauts" be next?

India is searching for a Sanskrit-based word for a spaceman as its top scientists draw up plans for the country's first manned mission into the cosmos.

My immediate reaction was "All we hear is radio gaga" (Queen - Radio Gaga). My next thought was "Hey, I can't find nothin' on the radio" (R.E.M. - Radio Song).
I'm much too puzzled by the fact that I was thinking in song lyrics to wonder why I made a connection between those two particular songs - after all, I was thinking about cosmonauts at the time, not music or radio.
Confused of UK.
