I am actually a member of mufon and an orange county ArtBell discussion group.... mufon has some real cooks.... yet I prefer these folks, as they are never adverse to other cooks like myself!! I am assuming that you are familiar with John Keel??
or D. Scott Rogo??

I'm a fan of Keel's work. I know who Rogo is, but I regret not having read him -- yet.

sorry Toonnies.... "cooks" is pronounced "cooouks".... although I am an aspiring european chef as well, yet not necessarily an aspiring "coooouk," as this is somewhat innate for me....

D. Scott Rogo "Phone Calls From The Dead" obscure and long out of print.... I believe that they finally reissued this strange investigation.... Rogo's investigation was on one of Nimoy's "In Search Of" episodes....

How very kooky, Linus.

thank you Mr Intense.... in response to your "apologetics" earlier, I just recieved a documentary in the mail on the history of the lebanonese catholics maronites.... (from maqam.com) I really do think that Benedict should embrace punk rock and die his hair carrot.... and have the Sex Pistols play a benefit show for the vatican....
as the Pistols are now on tour.... hey, Dylan did precisely this for JohnPaul.... why not?? Bob Geldof (SirGeldof) had his picture taken with MotherTheresa.... it's really not that fantastic....

"...apologetics"? What on earth does that mean? And while were at it, why do you refer to Mac as "Toonnies"?

(Oh, and btw, I attended the last concert of the original Sex Pistols, where I was almost hit in the head with an empty bottle of Jack Daniels while standing near the amplifier bank at Winterland many, many years ago.

(I mention this as, from direct personal experience, I have some residual doubts that the Pope would necessarily be able to truly appreciate ancient punk rock posers, as the current lineup and tour would require of him, to make it worth his while. Perhaps I'm just being a contrarian--it might just be worth it to see a Vatican mosh pit roiling with crowd-diving Archbishops!) 8^}
