Very nice start. Look forward to next seti.com blog post ref. what I assume will be indications of interesting things photographed from orbit of Mars, re: Cydonia region, et al.

Hmmm...intriguing re: detours first.
However, I insist you not start by shifting our Sun into a new position without consulting the design committee first. The "others" probably know at least we are already here.
