Is it just me or does the "Palo Alto CARET Laboratory" logo on this coversheet (courtesy of the enigmatic "Isaac") resemble the UFO diagram seen by Lonnie Zamora?

Kinda sorta. Missing the vertical line that would make the caret into an upward pointing arrow, as in the Zamora case. Also the horizontal base line. And a semi-circle rather than a circle. But vaguely familiar or similar.

Dr. Leon Davidson thought the symbol that Zamora allegedly observed was a tricky logo or inversion of the letters
C I A, but then he also thought all UFO unknowns were secret US spy planes. Go figure.
