I've added a photo to my post arguing for a terrestrial explanation for the "alien autopsy" (AA). The prevailing argument against progeria (a genetic disorder) as the explanation for the appearance of the being in the AA footage is that the resemblance is superficial, and that known progeria victims exhibit signs of severe premature aging not readily seen in the AA. I would counter that classic progeria symptoms, in particular an aged aspect, are indeed present and that the specter of progeria can't be dismissed as readily as some AA commentators assume.

The guy in the facemask (as opposed to a suit) is behind a window. And if you watch the footage in it's entirety, you see a microphone hanging from the ceiling, suspended above the operating table. So I think you're right: The guy in the mask is either directing the dissection or documenting it.
(And yes, the being is female.)
There's little doubt the black-ops world has used the UFOs phenomenon as a cover for secret project. Personally, I think the Bob Lazar story was an attempt to nullify interest in Area 51.
Question: Where are these hoaxers? Hoaxers love to say "gotcha!" It's been 10 years since this film entered the collective psyche and we're still largely clueless. Virtually no money is left to be made. Why not come forward and triumphantly say "*I* did it!"
So far, you are ignoring the fact that A) reviews of the film by MDs and pathologists all agree that it is bull.
That's simply not true. I'm not "ignoring" it. The truth is that medical commentators are divided. Sure, there are critics. But they inevitably assume they're watching the dissection of an *alien*, as they've been told. So naturally the AA has taken flak.
B) progeria patients do not have 6 fingers.
Some do. I've already told you: Redfern cites a pathologist in his book who exlains a genetic link between polydactyly and progeria.
Here is a possibility you have not considered- maybe people with "progeria" are really aliens in our midst hiding behind this facade?
More possibilities- progeria is the result of alien rape, progeria is the expression of alien genes that exist in the human gene pool from past human/alien interaction...
RJU,
I really, really doubt it. But progeria's resemblance to "Gray" aliens is striking.
A 2-second Google search found this site re. polydactyly and its tendency to manifest in the context of genetic syndromes. This is exactly what Nick's medical source says in his book.

It's not the only page.
>>"I really, really doubt it"
--> I really, really doubt it too. I was really just joking.
I was really just joking.
I thought maybe you were testing me... :-)
