"'This is the final result that we have come to in this extraordinary surgical intervention,' said Dr. Luis Rubio, holding up 13-month-old Milagros's legs in a V-shape, displaying a line of stitches extending from her heels to her inner thighs. 'We have mobility of the independent knee joints.'"
"Extraordinary surgical intervention" my ass. This is the waste of a perfectly good circus freak.*
*Just kidding, folks.

Poor thing... see them holding up her legs like she is the damn catch of the day. Poor little Merbaby.
Ugh circus freaks... made me think of the House of a 1,000 corpses movie.
